Q. How do I pay for the service?

A. After our initial consultation, I will provide you with a service agreement that outlines your customized service plan and all the specific details. It is customary to pay for the service in advance of your first cooking date. I accept personal checks, credit cards (via my website) and cash.

Q. What does the service fee include?

A. All pricing includes recipe research and menu development, grocery shopping for fresh ingredients, preparation of requested meals with appropriate side dishes, packaging, labeling, and storing of all foods, as well as leaving your kitchen clean and smelling great!

Q. What is the frequency of the service?

A. My minimum service package is three visits, however they can be once a month, twice a month, once a week or just for the weekends. I will cater to your needs and schedule.

When making stuffing, figure on 1/2 cup of stuffing mixture for each pound of meat; if stuffing poultry this will keep the meat moist and juicy while flavoring the stuffing mix as well.
