Why Hiring A Personal Chef Makes $ense

"A personal chef shops, cooks in your kitchen, and leaves the food in the fridge or freezer. Above all these chefs specialize in making great do-ahead meals."

Cooking Pleasures Magazine

If you're tired of frantic trips to the drive through for bags full of high-calorie, low quality food or if the idea of cooking after a long stressful day at work has you skipping dinner all together; then I’d like to offer you a healthy, hassle-free, cost-effective solution.

According to the CBS Morning Show, "Hiring a Personal Chef Service is cheaper than dining out and a whole lot easier – a way to take a bite out of the cost of eating well."

Your body needs and wants fresh foods, fruits and vegetables to operate at its optimum best; but for to many individuals and families the effort to prepare "three squares a day" is not only frustrating but also seemingly impossible.

If you're looking for a better way to feed and fuel your body, I'd like to offer you three reasons why hiring a personal chef could be the answer you've been seeking and why its becoming a "Good $ense" solution for a growing number of individuals and families just like you and yours:

  • Having a Personal Chef will allow you to spend more time with your children, spouse, family and friends while still enjoying delicious affordable meals at home.

  • If you're bored with the things that you know how to cook and your meals have gotten predictable then using the services of a Personal Chef will allow you to tickle your taste buds with flavorful twists on old standards and expand your meal options.

  • The services of a Personal Chef are ideal for saving time, effort and expense on cooking and eating out.
Because after all...Ya Gotta Eat!

Questions To Ask When Interviewing A Personal Chef

Once you have selected one or more Personal Chefs to interview, here are some questions you should be asking.
  1. Do you carry liability insurance?
I do. And any personal chef you hire should carry liability insurance as well. This insurance will cover sickness and property damage.

  2. Do you have your Personal Chef food safety certificate?
I am ServSafe certified and can ensure that all of your meals will be properly prepared and stored with professionalism and care.

  3. Do you have references?
I have several testimonials from personal clients as well as those for whom I have done events from wedding showers to company BBQ's.

When the interview is conducted, the Personal Chef should carry a form or questionnaire that asks all the relevant questions he/she will need to know in order to best serve you. This form will cover everything from your particular likes and dislikes to food preparation arrangements.

At the same time your Personal Chef should present you with a service profile that has relevant information regarding things like pricing, menus, and any current promotional flyers they may have.

Should you decide to go ahead and book a "Chef date" with your Personal Chef, you will be given the option of how soon you'd like to begin having affordable meals professionally prepared for you and your family.
